MONKEY BUSINESS

Sculpture + Art Event, 2016.

2016 was the Year of the Monkey - I was invited to participate in a unique exhibition to honour Chinese New Year by the Parnell Business Association. 28 Artists and Celebrities designed and decorated a monkey in their own style. For the month of February, the monkeys were set loose and put on display in shops and galleries in the Parnell rise shopping district. Festivities continued when shoppers were provided maps and incentivised to find all 28. The exhibition concluded with a charity auction at Webb's benefiting The Starship Foundation National Air Ambulance. "Monkey Business" raised $2500 for the cause. View profile here
