Edition of 35 hand-screen printed silk tulips with petals adorning barcodes for the product itself.
The use of tulips refer to the Dutch socio-economic phenomenon of the 'Golden Age'; a time where, due to rampant wealth and speculation,
tulips became a status symbol, with a single bulb costing a small fortune.
Part of "Retail" series of interior decoration / sculptural works, focused on blending the commercial and domestic visual language.
